Andi is a dedicated wife, mother of two, and a passionate Strength & Conditioning coach with over 10 years of experience. She holds special certifications in Pre & Postnatal training and Trauma Informed Weightlifting, ensuring she can provide tailored support to women during important transitions in their lives.
In addition to her coaching, Andi practices Mental Health Counseling, where she emphasizes the vital connection between the mind and body. This experience also allows Andi to support women through the deep inner-work that many need to tackle in order to realize and reach their goals and potential. Her holistic approach is centered on helping women reclaim their strength and identity after becoming mothers.
As a competitive athlete herself, Andi truly understands the physical and emotional challenges mothers face. She is committed to empowering women to regain their strength and find even more resilience postpartum. With her expertise and personal experience, Andi guides clients on their journeys to rediscovering themselves, achieving their fitness goals and learning how to thrive and feel their best, both inside and out.
Mandy is the other half of the dynamic duo behind Strong Balanced Mom. As a Certified Nutrition Specialist, Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist, and certified yoga teacher, Mandy is passionate about empowering women to build strength and resilience from the inside out.
In her weight-neutral nutrition practice, she specializes in the interconnection of mind and body, helping clients with their digestive, hormonal, and mental health.
Mandy's mission is to help others nix the extreme all-or-nothing mindsets and find sustainable balance for long-term health.
